About

“Volver: Gender equity, Diversity and Mobility in Spanish research” is a Symposium organized by Marie Curie Alumni GEMS WG, Spain-Portugal Chapter in collaboration with UAM Doctoral School and CERFA. "Volver" aims to foster a discussion on gender equity, diversity and mobility in Spanish Research from 3 different perspectives: 1. Lack of stability for senior postdocs and the underrepresentation of female researchers in leadership positons and evaluation pannels in Spain. 2. Analyse recent statements and reports about Spanish researchers coming back to Spain. 3. Get to know the views of expat researchers in Spain. We will address the need for promoting measures in order to warranty equity, sustainability and career development for mobile researchers in a discussion pannel. Join us on September 13th at the Faculty of Economics, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid
