Dysregulation of the immune system lies at the heart of numerous central nervous system (CNS) diseases. Dive deep into the dynamic world of neuroimmunology, where groundbreaking research meets cutting-edge technology. Our symposium provides a platform for postdoctoral fellows and early career scientists to exchange ideas, collaborate, and pave the way for innovative breakthroughs in neuroimmunology. Featuring renowned scientists Prof. Ari Waisman and Prof. Ido Amit, we aim to bridge the gap between bench-to-bedside therapies, unraveling the mysteries of chronic inflammation in various neuroimmunological diseases.

Symposium Highlights:

Neurodegeneration: Explore innate and adaptive immune mechanisms, unraveling neuroinflammation in conditions like Alzheimer's, ALS, and Parkinson's.

Autoimmunity: Address the complex interplay between the immune system and the CNS in diseases such as multiple sclerosis.

Cancer: Examine the intersection of neuroimmunology and oncology, understanding immune responses in glioblastoma and other nerve-affecting cancers.

Technology: Embrace cutting-edge advancements in single-cell RNA sequencing, imaging, screening, and bioinformatics to unravel new insights and potential interventions.
